If Trump is competitive in ballot harvesting in states which have legalized it, yes. Trump will win the in-person vote. He doesn't need to beat Biden in harvested ballots - just needs to be competitive.

Yet where is there any evidence that a "yuge and beautiful" ballot harvesting program is being put into place by Trump or the RNC? It needs to be on the ground running now to be effective.
