Thirty five pounds?
At 61, on shoulder day, one of my exercises is three sets of halos, with a 45# plate. Each set 13 clockwise, then 13 counter clockwise, no locking the elbows.
While I’m not the strongest guy in the gym, this guy is certainly NOT in shape.

I’ve came across a few women who appeared to have hollow legs when I offered to buy them a drink. I was in a drinking competition against a German woman (she was quite tall and stout) who could do something with her epiglottis such that she could literally pour a pint of beer straight down without needing to swallow.
