Which. It is jury tampering. A witness attempting to communicate with jurors is criminally actionable. Plus you have a disbarred attorney giving legal advice. I can’t imagine what he’s thinking.

This judge won’t allow for a mistrial no matter what happens....as a matter of fact if by the grace of God one juror votes to NOT convict I absolutely believe the judge will send the jury back to continue to deliberate.

Cohen is a convicted liar.
All they want is a jury to find him guilty. They know all charges will be dismissed on appeal but as for the 2024 election they will be able to call him “GUILTY” and “CONVICTED” in campaign ads. Thats all this is for.
