This judge won’t allow for a mistrial no matter what happens....as a matter of fact if by the grace of God one juror votes to NOT convict I absolutely believe the judge will send the jury back to continue to deliberate.

I’m surprised they’re even bothering with a jury trial at all.

They have to ask the judge for a ruling in order to have ground for appeal. I’m a lawyer more than 30 years. I think this is massive. Definitely a motion for a mistrial and renewed motion for change of venue. The exquisitely stupid Mr cohen should remember what happens to those who lie down with dogs. If this whole thing blows up in the DAs face I wouldn’t be surprised to see a prosecution for jury tampering. Cohen can add that to his felony portfolio
