On the bright side the girl can talk, and the abuse has stopped.Hopefully the girl was not beaten or raped. This story could have had a less pleasant ending.
The women ,particularly the masculine one, need to spend time in a loony bin under the care of a good psychologist/psychiatrist. Electro shock therapy would not be a bad thing for those two.

"Roommate"? Isn't it ironic that if the 9 yr old had won some award instead of being horrendously abused it would read "the woman and her wife/partner".
There is no punishment too harsh for those women.
