I read the article. Blah, blah, blah. So what does it mean? If it's a problem, whose fault is it. (GWB, Rove, Global Warming, loss of habitat, human enchroactment, Palin, conservatives). I mean, so what? The sky is still up there, isn't it?

I am not a rocket scientist, but I did stay at a holiday inn experss once, so:
a satellite is launched and 9 months late it discovers that the atmosphere boundary layer is lowest it has ever been in history? That is some satellite!!!
