I just re-read the end of the “Book” to make certain that I had not missed anything, and I’m pretty certain that the end will not be by a methane bubble. God has a better plan.
It does seem to mention climate change and outer space objects striking the earth. Earthquakes and a host of other bad things . . . so a methane bubble isn’t out of reason just not prominent.
