I recently connected with someone who has permission to land in Libya and Tunisia to get people out. If you have someone you need helped out, tell me here. Give me your:
Name/phone number/fax number/email and I will forward your response to my connection. Any comments that are of a general nature will be deleted and not forwarded.
The name and email of the airline owner is: Name: Ali Wehbe Company: Swift Jet Email: aliwehbe@hotmail.com
I have used Swift Jet in the past. They don’t mess around. They will come fly people out of a Foreign Country if they have an accident. This way you can get to compitent medical care in the US if your abroad. Should you travel they will supply insurance to get you back to the US if something goes haywire. My experiance was with them was 1st class.
Kudos to you, Niuhuru.
idk, swiftjet uses swiftjet.com email addresses. Not hotmail. Proceed with caution. not saying the offer is a scam (don’t know) but be careful.
many scams start when people are under stress and in need.
IF it helps, the OP has been on FR since 2005. Just say’n not a ‘signed up today to offer’... like you so often see.
To second your statement of proceeding with caution, I did a search for the president of Swift Jet, and came up with a different person: http://www.linkedin.com/in/swiftjet
He is also mentioned here on the company website: http://www.swiftjet.com/MR200902042.html
And identified here on a website dated February 3rd, this year:
http://execclub.org/?p=578
And another about the owner/founder/president: http://www.financialpost.com/small-business/story.html?id=1601208
Again, the person mentioned in these articles and webpages is not the person mentioned as being the president of the company:
could be legit, could be a hacked account.
We aim to please.
