Very nice video - we go to Oshkosh every year and see most of the same type of aircraft. Amazing how great those planes look after all these years.
Thanks for posting
Built models of all of them as a kid. I was fascinated with fighters and loved the looks of all of them. Soft spot in my heart for that P-38 as my Dad worked on them during WWII. He also was a gunner in a B-17. His brother was a pilot in the Pacific theater and was shot down 3 times in P-61’s. Had a steel plate in his head from smacking his head as he bailed out the last time.
Loved that video and thanks for posting!
I marvel at the number of planes that were built in the amount of time.......it would NEVER happen today. Hell, they widen a main road here a few years back....4 years to go three miles adding ONE lane.
I received this later, 2011 show, made by the same team for Duxford I guess (go large, more impressive)...12 minute version

keeping the all aluminum P51's looking like that must take many many man hours of polishing time, let alone the P38... so beautiful
16 spitfires in formation.....watch the loop at 2:47...woohoo....*smiles*

sometimes the best spots for video are just around the perimeter of the airport like these......
