If Africans are "his people" then why doesn't he stay in Africa.
He also blamed the USA for Apartheid in Africa.

Exactly... this is his way of sticking his thumb in America's eye. He knows we know he was never eligible, now he feels secure enough in his office to be able to openly gloat about it.
I read that Chester Arthur made White House troops salute some British regiment -- first U.S. President to have done so. Arthur wasn't eligible either; his dad was a British citizen when he was born (Leo Donofrio discovered this).
The USA would be too if he and the demorats eased up on regulations, taxes, spending, and their socialistic ways.

I don’t think he did. True, idiots elected him the first time, but I don’t think he was re-elected. I think the election was stolen, rigged, taken by fraud or any combination of the three.

The American people haven’t figured this out yet but they are going to pay big time for this mistake. There is always a big price to pay for stupidity; and the invoice will soon arrive. My bet is it will be in the form of massive economic pain.
