The court in this case has clearly violated Mr. Ripple's rights under the Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution.

Our courts are out of control, Mr. Ripple is a victim, and the ACLU is no where to be seen.

Men so get beaten by their wives, not because the guys are wussies, but because should they even dare to reciprocate at even 1% they would literally lose everything.

The legal system is stacked against battered men due to rampant feminism.

People are quick to have a laugh with this story, but rarely discussed is the most likely reason he felt this way.
Mr. Ripple has had recent heart surgery, and since then, has been prone to periods of depression. He was undiagnosed with this condition when he robbed the bank. Thus, he was not being medicated for depression.

Mr. Ripple is now on the appropriate medication and says he feels like his old self again. I have often heard that certain surgical procedures, such as heart surgery, can change a person’s personality dramatically, even after the initial recovery time.

Ripple handed a note to a bank teller in Kansas City demanding cash and warning he had a gun. Ripple took the money, $2,924, and went to sit in the lobby, where he told a guard he was the “guy he was looking for.”

He really did want to get caught.
