I can see Saturn in the western sky from here in the Colorado Rockies. I can’t see Uranus yet because there is cloudiness to the east. It is supposed to rise in the east around sunset and set in the west around sunrise. I will have to look later tonight.

Even at opposition Uranus is still only magnitude +5.7.
At +5.7 you would need eagle eyes and almost perfectly dark skies to see the barest glimpse of a dot with dark adapted and averted vision.
