Islamic culture is simply not compatible with the values, practices and institutions that constitute modernity. People wish to live their lives in freedom. The medieval reactionary regime of the mullahs is not sustainable. That is the real reason the Islamic world is unstable, violent and people are migrating to the lands formerly known as Christendom.

Many years ago, I went to a house to teach piano to the children, and was greeted with the most beautiful Christmas Tree and display of Christmas Symbols i had ever seen. The Mom was from Columbia, and the dad from Iran. It was also the end of Ramadan, Eid Al Ftr on the calendar.
I complimented the dad on the beautiful Christmas display and added “I know you are a Muslim, so what you have done for the kids and your wife was REALLY nice! And a Happy Eid to you.”
To which the dad replied, “That’s very kind of you, but I am a PERSIAN, not a Muslim. We PERSIANS don’t celebrate this Eid, but are forced to by the government. We PERSIANS only celebrate ONE Eid...the First Day of Spring. But thank you anyway.”
That was about fifteen years ago.

They are actually Persians, Aryans, not so much. That fact will be lost on most that don’t know history. Getting rid of Islum in Persia would be quite a feat.

Apparently the mullahs did not or have not spent any of the money that Obama had flown into Iran under the cover of darkness on improving the economic plight of their average citizens.
I encourage Iranians to work out their own freedom. this is a freedom that has been long awaited. 38 years ago they lost their freedom, and now they are fighting to bring it back. Radical Islam, something that was defending by the last administration, is never a solution. And Islam is not compatible with the modern world. It is demeaning, harsh and unhealthy.

Usually, when I am out in a group of people, the leftists are in the majority and I have to bite my tongue, but sometimes, the rightists have a slight numerical advantage, and the conversation is completely turned around with the leftists biting their tongues.
It doesn’t take much of a shift for a situation to be flipped, and with a persuader of great authority having the power to fiddle with the frame of reference and other such things, The whole radical Iran thing could be over before the fake news can lie about it.
