Could be... a lot of history for this fermented brain to keep up with -- and too much speculation. JFK and the CIA had an adversarial relationship, for many reasons - not the least of which was the Bay of Pigs fiasco. 🛩️
I’ve been looking at that picture of Carolyn that is putting us on the fence.
Take a look at the earlobes. The recent picture has a separated ear lobe, and the picture of Carolyn has attached lobe. Also there seems to be something different with the upper lip of the smile.
But dang, if it ain’t Carolyn, she sure is a ringer!

I was incredulous then and still am.
Kennedy said he wanted to "splinter the C.I.A. in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds."
It was allegedly made to someone in his administration, uncertain when.
The Intercept is the on-line magazine started by Glenn Greenwald, who is an English reporter who broke the Snowden story. If you watch the movie "Snowden" he is the male reporter that Snowden meets in Hong Kong. Greenwald was working for the U.K. based "Guardian", which is generally considered the most leftist of the British newspapers.
He left the Guaradian after the Snowdon affair, and started the Intercept. He also relocated to Brazil.
I think it would be fair to say that he is a leftist.
Strangely though his reporting on many issues is much more even handed than the US Press. He's recently written about the danger of the Trump Derangement Syndrome in the press, for instance.
His book "No Place To Hide" about the surveillance state is must reading on that topic.

Even more so than the Supreme Court it was designed to stand outside the Government. It is a private organization, not a part of the Government (like Fannie May, the closest I can think of).
It was created by Congress, so it could be uncreated by Congress, but as long as it exists (or unless it's charted is modified) it's pretty untouchable.

So like the Supreme Court any given president might not get to change out the occassional Governor. In addition that Governors of the Regional Federal Reserve banks are appointed by the member banks. The following description is from the New York Fed's home page:

JFK {it is thought} ran into the establishment in the form of CIA Director Allen Dulles {WWII: OSS} and his brother John Foster Dulles {Prez. Eisenhower's Sec of State}. Allen D apparently tried to foil JFK at Bay of Pigs despite the Prez calling off air cover... also CIA ran 'Black Ops' at the time, or 'Wet Ops' some might have called it.
JFK is a truly fertile field for speculators and conspiracy theorists.

As mentioned previously, I’m beginning to question that the picture really is of Carolyn even though it is darn close.
I’m not seeing the Q post 1083 necessarily pointing to a live and kicking JFK Jr.
(If you haven’t done so, take a peek at the youtube link of the guy refuting the JFK Alive Theory. He does make some good points.)
However,to me the OSI document at least indicates that the “Intelligence” branches got ahold of the satellite tech and apparently satellite missile tech... not the more loyal facets of the military forces, as evidenced by Thugocrat Dulles’s signature. For whatever that might bring us to.
This document, seemingly dropped at random, if it really does have nothing directly to do with the JFK Jr topic, might be a drop with future proves past implications if more on satellite tech and space issues becomes relevant to the Q narrative about the DS.
It SEEMS to be hinting that we are to make the conclusion that Jr (and/or his plane) was taken out by a missile...but that seems too easy somehow. And yet it may be exactly what happened.
Could it also be the document is placed with that drop to make the bad guys scratch their heads too?
What if the DS DID take Jr out.... but the drop and juxtaposition of that document shows that there might be a doubt that they got it done... would that not make a DS operative poop a proverbial plaster brick?
If WE don’t know about JFK Jr’s survival - then it’s possible THEY don’t know either .... because of this very drop and document juxtaposition! The hint seems to be
1. that there really was a faked death...or
2. they DID get it done and are being trolled.
Doubt is corrosive.
What if the pictures in the array are not the JFK Jrs, but are darn close ringers who have been brought in to set this theory and troll exercise up? We learned from “Everything is a Rich Man’s Trick” that Officer JC Tippet was a solid ringer for JFK Sr, and so had his death warrant signed. What if the White Hats are using ringers to turn that technique around on the DS thugs?
... but at this point, imho, we don’t have a real way of knowing without further data.

Just throwing this out there. Rumors are that July 23 is the anniversary of JFK Jr burial (at sea) so the EO will be signed by POTUS for an “unburial” of information. Others are suggesting July 27, full blood moon for the unmasking (dark to light).

Steven, that may be the content that I listened to months ago.
When I listened to that, I thought I would identify Podesta’s voice etc. and instead I was utterly traumatized by hearing about 10-15 seconds of a child being tortured and what sounded like Podesta raving. It was so horrific I froze in horror and therefore listened through the whole recording. It didn’t help me understand or verify because, well I don’t have the training needed for voice recognition. But given the choice all over again, I never would have listened to that. Possible to delete and repost with a content warning above it? I want people to have access without mistakenly adding unforgettable horror to their lives like I did in my well-intended search for the truth.
