Strangely, I think you are right about that. We really don't know who the OIG interviewed, his interview transcripts are not made public, only his report. I *assume* that Lisa Page must have been interviewed by him, but I don't have proof.

One limitation of the OIG is that he only has the power to interview current employees of the DOJ and FBI, not former employees, who are under no compunction to talk to the FBI's internal investigator at that point.

Lisa Page resigned from the FBI on May 4, 2018, a few weeks before the OIG report was due to be released (the release was delayed, as you may recall).

There is no Wikipedia bio for Lisa Page. (There is one for Strzok, and she is mentioned on it.)

Strangely I found this short bio on a celebrity bio site: Lisa Page, it has some good basic info on it. Her husband works for a non-profit that focuses on international education. From another celebrity site here is the bio of Joseph Burrow, her husband.

Lisa Page has been an attorney with the FBI's Office of the General Counsel. Prior to her position with the FBI, she worked as a trial attorney in the Organized Crime and Gang Section of the Justice Department's Criminal Division. Page has prosecuted a number cases involving eastern European organized crime. In one case, she partnered with an FBI task force in Budapest, which investigated a money-laundering case against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort's one-time business partner, Dmitry Firtash, a Ukrainian oligarch. Federal investigators have told Manafort he will likely be indicted in Mueller's probe, the New York Times reported Tuesday.

It's important to investigate all these people, I agree. So far I don't see anything that looks out of place or any interesting connections. But, sometimes it takes a lot of effort to dig them out.
