JB,

There are a lot of sub-channels on 8Chan. I don’t think I’d like to meet anyone who was familiar with them all. There’s some pretty weird stuff.

For your edification and others, on the Q Research area, there are currently two channels that are locked to anyone but Q. That is /PatriotsAwoke and /PatriotsFight. There was a third one that was chronologically the first whose name escapes me at the moment. That first one is not used, the second (’awoke’) has been used until recently (still in use?) and the newest (’fight’) is indicated in drop #2803, which I’m guessing is where you saw it?

As for your other comments, I did not call you an idiot. I called you a brainlet. You may interpret that as small-minded. I called you this name because, for someone that spends as much time on the Q threads as you do, you had to have encountered the /patriotsawoke or /patriotsfight reference before now. In other words, if you are the student of this topic that you present yourself, then you should know better.

I take exception that I ‘throw insults and invective around really easily’. I don’t think I do, although you will find two or three very recent examples if you look. I admit it and the evidence is there.

Words like “plane-fag” are not an insult, that’s a term of endearment and respect.

FreeRepublic practically predates the Internet! Nothing wrong with that. If you like FR, surf and comment on FR. Every poster can do that, but we should all be prepared to defend ourselves. I am.

Using loaded terms like “invective, toxic, virus, etc.” isn’t helpful. “Brainlet” probably isn’t helpful either.

If you are implying that I am anti-Semitic, then I will demand an apology. I don’t think you directed that at me though (and there’s no justification for it anyway).

I haven’t a clue what ((())) parens mean. I figure it’s to emphasize something when someone isn’t doing an html post and can’t underline?

I do know that the term “altright” is a (to use your terms) toxic trope invented by the Left to paint all conservatives as racists. At least that’s my take on it. I reject that term and will not use it.

Finally, I have no problem at all staying here on the comfy Q thread. On the ocassions I poke my head out into the other threads, I see a lot of divissiveness, uninformed arguments, deliberate shilling, laziness and plain ignorance.

I, and many others here, respect zeal and energetic pursuit of knowledge, reasoned arguments, humility, and informed intellectual discussion.

Recall that I’ve answered several of your posts with reasoned response and information. Shoot, I’ve even defended you and taken a few shots myself for doing so.

Now I’ve taken time out of my busy day to offer information and opinion.

The advice I’ll offer is get a little thicker skin and ignore a little playground name-calling. Roll with the punches, and don’t open yourself up by letting your guard down.

I’m not someone who is trying to be ‘scary’ to you.

Thank you for that information, I have not read it anywhere else, despite as you say spending a fair amount of time on this thread there is still a lot I don't know.

I also appreciate your sense of fairness, and your reasoned replies to me.

I will try to take your advice on things, including thicker skin. It's already like a lizard skin, but maybe I need to acquire the "armadillo up-armor level" for this place.

I was absolutely not accusing you of anti-Semitism. I was noting another post on this thread, and I intentionally didn't go and grab it because it was obviously a large paste job, and the Freeper who pasted it may not have noticed the triple-P in it. But who ever wrote it knows what it means. And it jumped out at me.

The history of the triple parenthesis as an anti-Semitic symbol has it's own Wikipedia page: Triple parentheses
