I don't know what the angst is, take a picture of the damage on site, file a report the next day with the police and then your insurance company.
No fault will cover it all but if you're smart and the damage is less than your typical deductible, get it fixed on your own or else the insurance company will up your premiums........

Judge Willis Berry of the Philly Court of Common Pleas was convicted of running a real estate business out of his chambers. I was on one of his juries and he treated us well unlike some of the psycho female judges on that court.
Incredibly poor case presented by the prosecution. Not guilty in 30 minutes. He came in to the jury room to thank us and I asked why the prosecution even brought the case. "They bring bullshit like this in front of me all the time".
A likable crook.
