I just listened to the latest X22 Report just a bit ago. He does make sense where President Trump would focus on taking out the CIA black operational sites around the world before any of the deep state reveals. That way the deep state is powerless to do anything after they are exposed.
Yes, he thinks it is a direct message to 0bama. My take is perhaps it is to let 0bama know the jig is up.
