I voted for Democrats(in the late 70’s) because, at that time there was no one like Sanders or AOC. I didn't go to college but I had friends who did and were SDS members(or so they liked to call themselves) and who would vandalize any conservative campus office, they would try to break into or vandalize military recruiting stations. I personally never assaulted some one physically although I felt it would have been justified because, well, I was a leftist and we had the moral authority to judge anyone else. Part of my Leftist leaning, oddly enough came from the fact that at one time I was a union laborer in NJ and NYC. Unionism is fascism and my union often would resort to violence when it went on strike and it made no bones about doing so or intimidating any contractor who didn't ‘’hire union’’.
