I may never see this one but I do have a question:

Which Skywalker? This film comes after The Last Jedi in which Luke either dies or disappears. So if he is the titular Skywalker, then the only 'Rise' would be from the dead or a transition from his current form.

Or, is Rey actually from the line of Skywalker? I admit I haven't been keeping up on all the details of her existence but this one puzzles me. Who the Frak is this Skywalker who is doing the Rising in this film?

Rumor has it she’s the Emperor’s granddaughter and after she defeats him assumes the Skywalker name.

They erased Luke Skywalker and supplanted his entire story arc with their Mary Sue.

rey is nobody, they already covered this.

the only skywalker left is Kilo Ren, and I am guessing he will die in this one ending the Skywalker line.

I suspect that they are twisting Skywalker into a title, rather than a family name. I may never know.

In his recent video, Overlord DVD, who goes by the full name of Diktor von Doomcock, spells out Rey’s supposed lineage. The information comes from someone who has worked on the film.
I hesitate to say what it is, because the information, if true, is a total slap in the face of any and every true Star Wars fan. Go and watch it for yourself.
The information is in the video (on YouTube) where Doomcock talks about why George Lucas himself wasn’t invited to the world premiere of the end of the very story that he began. That, in itself, is a damnable statement.

Leia is a Skywalker, which makes Kylo Ren the last Skywalker.
Unless Luke had a kid we haven’t met?

I was thinking the same thing. How pretentious to use "Skywalker" when they did in fact kill off "Skywalker" in the previous show.

Who's gonna rise? Is that Super Warrior Princess supposed to be a previously unknown "Skywalker"? If so, i'm rooting for the empire.
