I am high risk. I wear a mask in a public place. But I don’t mind others not having one
Based upon my research of this virus and the fact that the US Military will not take recruits that have had the Wuhan, and....the fact that I have a few of the checkmarks...I will do what I believe will help preserve my health. Everyone else can do what they need to do. I really don’t care if you wear a mask or not. If you want to stare at me wearing a mask...go ahead. I really don’t care.
Everyone wants to get involved in the politics of wearing a mask...bunch of bullshift.
If in March, (Feb would have been better), but if the CDC and the NIH would have told us citizens that it would be good for us to wear home made masks and save the other masks for hospital workers—I would have understood that. That and maybe we would not have had to lockdown the damn country.
People are getting weird out there. You do what you gotta do—fine—I will do what I want to do—its a free country. Do I think you should wear a mask? Not for me to decide...Can’t really force people to do what they don’t want to do...so why bother.
But there are ijits on both sides of the issue on FB...unbelievable...the wackiness.
You better not be obvious about what you’re doing or you may find yourself charged with making terroristic threats.

I was at Homo Depot this evening and it was at near full strength as well. Most people were wearing masks. I was not. No one bothered me and I didn't see anyone get bothered. I'm okay with that. If people want to wear them because they are afraid, then that is fine. Just leave me alone.

You’re way to kind. I just walk right up in the middle of em, caulk a leg kinda like a dog peeing on a fire hydrant, and let out a big ole ripper of a fart. It cleans the area out...real good. One day in WallyWorld, one of the “Karens” went to a manager and complained. The manager escorted me out and told me not come back. As I was being escorted out, I cut another big ripper loose as a “goodbye” gift..LOL....I’ve not been back since and haven’t missed it all. My wife goes in there, but I’ll stay in the car....armed to the teeth...bad area.
If somebody (esp. the karen-types) thinks you’re coughing *at them* or in their “general direction” (hattip to Monty Python) it’s not all that uncommon for someone to call the cops and then charges made.

Lol. I can top that. I was driving to essential appointment in my own car with all windows up.. Had mask to put on when got there.
Heard honking from next to me at stop sign. Masked city bus drive shaming me for not having mask on while driving. With her window down lol.
Just smile and say “Well, you know how bad your face looks, so I thank you!”
