Did you try lowering shields (the ad and cross site tracking blocker)? If not, go to eBay and then click on the Brave logo on the tool bar. Toggle shields and see if it fixes things.

Sorry, but I don’t see any ‘cross site tracking blocker’, or anything relative to ‘shields’. I don’t see a Brave logo on the eBay tool bar...
