Perhaps the evidence the white hats sought was the evidence of DS string pullers giving Berman instructions on who to prosecute, etc. Proving conspiracy to commit treason/sedition requires showing a pattern of behavior. Multiple examples are needed to show the pattern and to prove the conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt.

I think the reduction of the last few weeks had little to do with the social distancing, and much to do with there being a slight hiatus as the CV wave traveled between the big northern cities like New York, Newark, Boston, Chicago etc. ... and before that same wave reached the southern population centers such as Miami, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and L.A.
I am thinking of the apparent increase of cases as being analogous to ocean waves that crest as they pass successive sand bars on their way into the shore.
IMPORTANT: The death toll in the South is not nearly as high as compared to the Northern wave ... as a percentage of the Cases ... presumably because the Southern politicians are not forcing CV-SICK patients into the nursing homes, but are instead attempting to protect these more vulnerable populations.

Don’t know about Berman. I worked on the Organized Crime Task Force led by Mary Jo White, in the 1990’s against the Mafia. The whole effort was undermined and betrayed by Bill Clinton and AG Janet Reno. Undercover agents risked their lives to get evidence against Gotti, Persico, Fusco, Gigante, the whole Gambino Family and other mob families in New Jersey, Chicago, St. Louis, Miami etc., only to see their work flushed down the toilet.

I just got done watching a movie called "Yesterday" on Amazon Prime. Its the perfect movie for our age bracket.
Its about a world where there were no Beatles, but one shitty musician remembers them. I'll let you guess what happens next.
