If I cashing in all the coins in my coin jars, I could remedy this situation.

Yup. All the Walmarts in my area (Metro Albuquerque) are supposedly on a card only basis right now (Ive only confirmed it at the two nearest me). No cash. One of the Lowes is, too.
Pissed me off yesterday at the closest WM. Nothing posted anywhere until you actually get to the register to check out. I asked WTH was going on and the employee said it was national policy due to the coin shortage. I told him they needed to post it in big, bold letters on the door so people like me, who pay cash, dont spend all their time shopping only to be told card only.

I was just thinking the same thing. I have many containers of coins. I keep meaning to sit down and sort through to see if I have anything of collectible value, but I really don't know what I'd be looking for. I should just get rid of them, but hate giving a percentage to a Coinstar.

Well, certainly if I added mine. I would have taken them to the bank, but I don’t want to seem weird rolling a wheel barrow into the lobby.

Yes. A Family Dollar Store in my area posted a request for “correct change if possible” next to the register due to a “coin shortage”. Seems oddly timed.

Heres a theory of mine. If the UN wants a one world government controlling and keeping tabs on what we spend money on is important. Buying something on Craigslist where it is just cash? Well there is no tax there
