The derps say the fires are caused by global warming. Q wants us to check the temperatures of the past years to see if they are outside the standard deviation (normal).

They also blamed past fires on PGE (Pacific Gas and Electric) power lines.

I think Q is questioning the cause of the fires. The power lines as a cause might have been nothing more than cover for the real cause. Higher temps?

Cali needs federal money to stay afloat, but the only to get it is through emergencies like massive wildfires. So, maybe the fires are state-sponsored.
