What I see is the white support car trying to maintain his assigned position after the bus crowded into the lane in front of the black pickup. The White car very deliberately tried to move into the lane that was being blocked. The other car wasnt having it and pushed back.

You see this kind of behavior on the DC Beltway a lot of times. Entitled individuals who've missed their exit. So they try to pull into your lane 'asking' you to move out of the way. They're just trying to get on the ramp. Most of the time people will get out of the way of that kind of aggressive driving. This time not so much!

On another note, please dont try this at home. This was a really dangerous manuver for both parties. Could have caused a major incident with injuries, and at these speeds possible fatalities. The white car almost lost control, the silver truck and the vidiographer were endangered. Definitely would have made the morning radio traffic report.
