The only direct comparable I see, after a quick look, is Hannity. The drop in % terms is huge vs 4 years ago. Before the election in 2016, Hannity’s audience # was 3.4m vs 2020’s pre-election 7.3m. After the election in 2016, Hannity’s number was 2.6m, vs 2020’s post-election 3.6m. In effect, despite a contested election in 2020, Hannity’s post-election number went down over 50%, vs 2016’s post-election decline of 24%.

It’s hard to tell if Fox New execs are panicking. But their ad rates may soon return to 2016 numbers, after their media personalities presumably got hefty raises.

Ditto for here. It’s kind of a feeling of freedom, don’t you think? Every morning when I used to get up I’d turn on FBN immediately to see the Dow futures. Haven’t done it since the election, and I don’t even miss it.

Everyone I know is trying to grab any piece of info about the Trump defense.

I didn’t watch for about 7 years.

I tried Four Times on election night to watch Fox and lasted 5 minutes each time.

It was like cnn on steroids.

I don’t know WHAT happened to them.

But Trump fans are much more loyal to him than fox.

You could argue for a decrease in absolute viewership. But relative ratings have tanked too. FOX ratings against the other cable channels has fallen a lot.
