Election 2020: The consequences for the courts
American Thinker ^ | 4 Jan, 2021 | Peter Taussig

Judicial insistence on remaining above the fray will do the opposite of safeguarding the judiciary, the nation’s institutions, and a peaceable civil society.

Unlike committed partisans on both sides of America’s political divide, I have no fixed belief about which of the two major party candidates actually won our recently concluded presidential election.

Two things that I do know are that:

1. Significant and obviously plausible questions have been put forth about the announced results, the manner in which the election was conducted in certain key states, and how the votes were counted in those states, and

2. Our courts, on technical and procedural grounds, have refused each and every one of a great many efforts to have the above-mentioned questions resolved through an established legal process.

The desire of judges to avoid jeopardizing the prestige, standing, and stability of the courts as an institution by avoiding involvement in the ugly political mud brawl is understandable. However, the inevitable consequences of their insistence on remaining above the fray will do the opposite of safeguarding the judiciary, the nation’s institutions, and a peaceable civil society.

The courts and common law of England -- the forerunner and basis for our judicial system -- were established and developed to provide a peaceful way for aggrieved individuals to obtain justice without resorting to violence.

By doing nothing, the judiciary is making its self invalid too.

if the courts are not removed by Constitutional Amendment
after being PROVED useless;

all blackrobes must hereafter wear PINK ROBES to
display the moral absence in their role/job/history.

When the SCOTUS won't do their job, then the public must do conduct a "moot trial" of the "Texas Case"
and video tape the entire trial to put it out for all the public to see.

Those criminals who stole the election through fraud and other criminal actions must pay for their crimes, by one means or another... !

The source of the anger that people are feeling now is not only the original cheating and criminal conduct involved in the election, but the refusal of the courts even to let us be heard and set forth our claims.

Sometimes that is clearly a politically motivated decision, sometimes it’s just judicial cowardice. But whatever, suppressing a reasonable petition to have an injustice examined leaves no escape valve for the anger.

Even if the claims had been ventilated and the courts ruled against the challengers, there’d be less anger than not being able to be heard at all.

Chilling, and every word true, including the violence it portends.

what is chilling-supreme is that ‘JUDGE’ Roberts
KNOWS of US judges and politicians who are controlled
by the rapes and shootings of children for tape, on tape.

Does he savor this IN HIS HEAD because HE
has ruined the prestige of SCOTUS forever in 2021.
They are PROTECTORS of child rapists, child eaters,
and those like Roberts WHO KNOWINGLY USE THAT INFO.

It is kind of like being bullied or beat up on the playground and the teacher seeing it, then sending you to the principal’s office and then getting swats (in the olden days) for basically being on the playground.

In today's world relativism rules but rendering justice is all about quite the opposite.

Any judge or Justice who watched the news clips on television saw the nation descend into an era of rank relativism. Cities having seceded from the union and obstructed the enforcement of federal immigration law, city blocks seceding from the union to establish their own mini republic shamefully unopposed by city fathers, cities set ablaze nightly while sovereign governments stood passive or even encouraged such lawlessness, all the result of a pandemic of relativism. Every institution in America from academia to Wall Street, Hollywood, big news media, big tech, and big sports sided with or even financially contributed to the blatant lawlessness. The judges and Justices were instructed nightly about the world of relativism.

One illustration only is needed to prove the case: our Supreme Court saw the raw, naked power of those in charge of relativism when they saw the truth of Hunter Biden's laptop being suppressed and even inverted. They saw what happened to those who advanced the truth of Hunter Biden's laptop. They saw every institution from our Justice Department, the FBI, our state justice systems, the graybeards of our intelligence community, both political parties, including the Republican Party, and the majority of Congress willfully ignore and even pervert the manifest truth revealed by the laptop. If the powers that be could smother or invert the reality of Biden's laptop, who will deny their power to enforce a fraudulent election?

The sheer brazenness of the summer lawlessness and the in your face domination by the forces of relativism would clearly instruct any observer in the courts, or anywhere, of the folly of crossing these powers. The price of heroic dissent today is not martyrdom but cancellation. In the postmodern era of relativism the court simply sought to evade cancellation for themselves and instead canceled justice.

We have not only lost this war in the Supreme Court, we lost it in every major American institution. The Supreme Court is merely falling in line. If we expect one institution to do otherwise we indulge in folly. If we are to recover the Republic it must be done one institution at a time and one absolute truth at a time.

at this point its pretty obvious we’ve had a foreign coup disguised as a US Presidential election

it was “beautifully” and precisely timed. In fact it is about the ONLY POSSIBLE way to have taken down the USA

LLOL! Great analogy!

And then you seethed with that sense of injustice all day...and that’s what’s happening to us.

“ The sheer brazenness of the summer lawlessness and the in your face domination by the forces of relativism would clearly instruct any observer in the courts, or anywhere, of the folly of crossing these powers.”

Interesting observation. I hadn’t thought about the contribution of the recent lawlessness to this judicial cowardice.

I had actually been thinking more in terms of the reverse, the savage display of government power that we have seen with these lockdown measures and their increasingly far reaching nature and harsh enforcement (which Biden and President Fauci plan to extend).

So it was a two-pronged approach, and the permitting of lawlessness for certain groups was a strategy of the left...to be followed by the repression of the general population.

Unfortunately our courts are as corrupted as the lawless #ComDem approach to elections are.

The Voter Fraud must End Now. Whatever it takes.

It is time for a National “reset” as opposed to the horror the Globalist Failures want to shove down everyone’s throat.

The Globalist’s solution poison would totally kill any hint of freedom in the World.

Lawlessness for one faction, suppression for the other-I'll buy that.
