I watched this live- I watched again at the link provided. Where does the second paragraph (See Below) of the piece posted appear in the video?

I never heard that in the video, nor have I seen much of anything on Breitbart in regards to 3-Nov.
Where did the transcript come from?
The text I put up was from a post (Twitter?) that Tucker read on air. He may have edited out parts of the original post when he read it on air. I should have noted that it was the post he was reading from, not the transcribed version of what he read.
