Ritchie McGinniss.... By far my favorite witness.. He was so open and honest, it appeared to me he had no agenda.
In his testimony he said he was running in the direction of the car lot as he was on the phone trying to locate a colleague. As he approached and the chase began he was trying to get his phone into video mode. Evidently he pushed picture instead of video. He wasn't getting the video he thought he was getting. He stated he didn't really see the initial interaction. If I recall, he said it was dark, he was running and he was talking on the phone.
His testimony was that right after they took JR to the hospital he called his boss and told him he thought he had just videoed a shooting. He also said he has no idea how his phone was suddenly in video mode as he began administering aid to JR, "it just happened", he said.
There’s going to be a father some day that will get a punch or two in on the big guy before the SS hauls him off to jail. Imagine that were your daughter or son being preyed upon by this creepy perverted Pedo-POS.

Sometimes, ya just gotta step back and consider the costs versus benefit of an action.
That said, I was pounding the fist on the table at work last week, when discussing the jab mandate and the idiot in chief. A lot of words flowed at that point in time.
If I were being beaten up, I am sure that many profane words would escape my lips. In emergency situations or in situations in which one is stretched to the limits, profanity is understandable. And I understand that in certain groups of men engaged in their everyday occupations profanity is just part of the experience.
However, in polite settings, among mixed company, I expect men to respect the ladies by watching their language. This attitude arose the system of middle class manners in which I was raised.
In answer to your comment, no, actually I am not a person who is offended easily; I am actually very easy-going. I realize I am a dinosaur regarding manners, but I would not call out people over their inappropriate language if Jim did not have his standard displayed right here on his site. This is his house, after all.
