Merry Christmas! I hope everyone is having a good evening. This is, I think, the tenth edition of the annual thread dedicated to those among us who, for whatever reason, find ourselves solo on the night before Christmas.
Here in my cozy habitat, it's just me, my faithful hound and, a little later, Ralphie Parker and then George Bailey will make his yearly appearance.
The presents are wrapped and under the tree. After dinner, I'll imbibe a latte and then maybe a little vino.
Anyone else solo tonight?

Condolences and prayers. 💞
Just me, hubby, and our year old pup tonight. We’re watching A Christmas Story right now. Every household in our family has at least one high risk individual, so no family get together this year either. We’ll all video chat tomorrow.

My beloved passed 8/21/21 & I miss her dearly.I’m at one of my step daughter’s place, bunking in our RV. So I’m alone this Eve, but with many who love me this day. Good blessed our union, graced us with His stunning beauty wherever we traveled, and blessed Cathy with a relatively peaceful passage. Life is good with the Father, Son, & Holy Ghost as my source.

It’s about 4:30 Am here and though not in an RV I spent some time on my deck listening to the Peaceful sounds of the night and reflecting on our Saviors Birth...
A very gentle misty rain with overcast skies seemed to add to the sounds of a small city gone quiet. It’s peaceful and all is well with my soul.
