I once had a nice spider in amber, our daughter took it to school in the third grade... I now have two spider haves in amber.

Interesting to contemplate that as long ago as that was, and it predates the existence of modern humans by 9.5 million years, it is still over 55 million years after the age of the last dinosaurs. That’s why I shake my head when know nothings go around bleating about the world ending in 10 years.

Poor little guy. I have several tiny lizards native to AZ, NM, etc. as pets. They are very cute. I’d hate to see any of them wind up like that.
