I needed to make an appointment for a vision exam to get some new glasses. My ophthalmologist now refuses to see me because I have refused to take the clot shot. Another one similarly would not see me for the same reason. I told both of them that I reject THEM for insisting on a procedure which has been shown to have terrible side effects and which does not keep you from catching COVID. Witness the many "break-through" cases in the news. Finally found another one who will see me. Have any fellow FReepers experienced similar exclusions from doctors?
As an ophthalmologist, he is overstepping his medical expertise into the field
Of immunology. I would report him to state and National boards.
I would file as many reviews as possible and I’m sure they have a social media page.
Social media gets the quickest results. Leave a review on their social media.
Even the AMA believes it’s wrong for a physician to decline to treat.

My GP of more than 20 years will not see unjabbed patients. After I put up an argument, he agreed to see me but I had to show a negative PCR test. I needed to see a specialist recently, and after getting on his calendar, I was told to ‘bring my vaxx card’. I wound up telling the office to go scratch and said the doctor is violating his hippocratic oath. This is beginning to happen more and more. I would not see a doctor who is buying into this crap.
Keep searching for a doctor. They are out there, but a few admitted to me that they are afraid to voice their opinion out of fear of retribution from the hospital or their brainwashed peers.
Go to another doctor.
I said the exact thing to one sheep-like doctor. If I was a homosexual with AIDS or Hep C or a drug addict, I bet they would see me.
Medicine used to be about the search for truth and healing the patient.
Yet another reason why November is so critical.
Welcome to the world of the anti vax. My children never had a pediatrician growing up, because no one would see my kids unless they were fully vaccinated.
I always used a walk in clinic when they were young. It worked out just fine, because they never required much more than an occasional prescription for antibiotics.
I would try one of the big eyeglass stores like Target, Walmart, Lens Crafters, ect. They all have doctors on staff.
A d-dimer test indicates level of background clotting in the micro vessels.
Everyone should have a d-diner baseline test ASAP who suspects they were infected with CoVID at some point in time.
You can lie about getting the shot. But some places require proof of vaccine.
It’s a free country. You have your rights. They have theirs. Why would you get angry at someone for exercising theirs? That is a real liberal mind set.
I never understood “conservatives” giving others a difficult time for their behavior.
I bet they do. It is a wonderful cover for racists. Or to avoid having to take Medicaid.
I got the vax for various reasons. Everyone’s choice. I don’t care. But I came here to say that when I went to get my state approved vax ID, it showed that I got four shots. Two of each. All on the same day.
I had to use that “passport” to enter buildings in Boston for work last winter.
The fact that the Commonwealth issued such a faulty ID…and not one soul out of the nearly 100 people who looked at it ever noticed tells you how stupid it is.
You could Crete a false document. Take a photo of it. And show people and no one would care. The document is not an “official” document as it was not issued by a state agency.
My ophthalmologist requests I wear a mask when in his office (which I do). My dermatologist does not. She told my wife she treated her family with ivermectin and her elderly father got over Covid in a few days. She said sometimes she cries at night when she thinks of all the people that died when they could have been treated early.
PING
Being a pro-vax troll, most likely.
“Find one who is not a Quack.”
Bingo!
Look into nattokinase.
It’s OTC so no big pharma makes money off of it.
But it’s big in Japan: the Japanese eat lots of natto (fermented soybeans) for breakfast and have fewer cardiovascular issues than expected, say, among smokers.
Researchers discovered the primary ingredient and have shown it can break up clots without side effects.
I read online of someone who took the stuff for a year after suffering a massive Deep Vein Thrombosis in their leg, and the clot completely resolved. Granted, such clots sometimes resolve on their own, so it’s not proof, but any evidentiary value it does have is in favor of it working.
You can look for it on Amazon.
Consult with a doctor as it might interact with some blood thinners, and will exacerbate bleeding/bruising, especially if taken with (say) vitamin E, fish oil, and some other over-the-counters.
Not yet.
Duh! Find another one.
Try Costco.
I’m doing a balancing act now with aspirin and some of the supplements I take that can thin blood.
The clots are in the micro-clot category. Early on when I realized something was wrong I think I may have been having micro strokes. Things seem pretty normal in the brain department now. Occasional brain fog but nothing like before.
