Black bears brawl in the middle of a residential street in Monrovia (video)

Next time you’re in Monrovia, don’t challenge any bears to a boxing match. At least, not these two bears.

Security camera footage captured two bruins engaging in a brief round of fisticuffs mid-day in a residential street.

Though the fight ends in a draw, both bears should be proud of their efforts, and homeowners should be thankful they didn’t damage any of the nearby cars.

Those are California Brown Bears and the lighter one sure has a beautiful coat !!!

I love it when lefty peaceniks always ardently express their wish that humans could be more like the serene, peace-loving animals.

Although their coats are brown in color, those are black bears.

Which reminds me of that episode of Taxi where they discussed blueberries.

Ohhh, Monrovia, CA. Monrovia is also the name of Liberia’s capital. That video sure didn’t look like Africa...

One of my daughters lives about three miles west.

The mountains east of Monrovia are doubtless where those bears normally... ah... hang out?
