Wyoming may be the dumbest place in the US to try long distance EV travel, outside of Alaska.

Gosh, I wonder how well it works when it gets bitterly cold and there’s snow on the roads - as happens in Wyoming.

I think you just freeze to death, and the world celebrates the loss of another idiotic virtue signaller.

Well first off there’s like nothing on I-80 for miles and miles. It’s 180 miles from Little America to Rawlins with next to nothing in between. Wyoming is very sparsely populated with lots of mountains in the north. Not a lot of places to have charging stations. Not to mention hoe depressing it is to spend hours in Rawlins. Lol.

Agreed. I grew up in Wyoming. There are lots of places it’s 100 miles to the next town. You have to carefully plan your stops in any vehicle. You really don’t want to get stranded in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming.

The Green fascists are a godsend for the American Psychological Association and psychologists in general as they manufacture brand new anxieties to stress humankind. Range anxiety will now be added to penis envy as the newest neuroses to drive new patients to the psychologists couch.lol

That guy, and anyone here who thinks this means anything, is an idiot. I dont have an EV, and I will never be buying one, but this is stupid, a LEAF? He would have done only slightly worse by using this:

Strap a genny on the roof. Forestgump would have made it in better time.

Strap a genny on the roof.

Here's a much more elegant way to do it

The newer ones are better but they are still very short ranged.
