I assume that this does not show the cross over vote. More likely for cross over votes in the democrat party this time around.

correct just by voter registration

DeSantis scares the crap out of Democrats nationally. Every attempted takedown, from the "Don't say gay" controversy, to his opposition to CRT in schools, to his anti-mask/schools open position, to his hoped-for failure in responding to the hurricane, has failed. Miserably. He's extraordinarily smart, very disciplined, and unafraid of speaking truths that anger the left.

And they have no answer for him. None.

Yes and that’s why he needs to be the nominee.

I expect the usual late night ballot dump or as I like to call it, abra ca dabra.

i read that as “Abra, Caca Dabra”.

The elections officials in Palm Beach and Broward counties just to name two will “find” boxes of additional ballots

Those days are long over. DeSantis cleaned up that nonsense, fired the corruptocrats, and won the court challenges.

“Yes and that’s why he needs to be the nominee.”

He won’t be the nominee.

Mr DeSantis has a rather large Orange Hurdle to overcome.

There should be a cut-off on the acceptance of votes with no vote counting done until after the cut-off.

The constant counting from the moment the first vote arrives only lets bad actors know how many votes need to be manufactured.

If this keeps up Democrats will demand that Election Day must be returned to a single day nationwide.

Latest polls average Desantis +10 Rubio +6

Trump was +3.5ish in 2020

But those will likely be low if this keeps up....

some of it has to do with Red warriors moving to FL the past 2 years but I wonder how much it is pro DeSantis and/or Anti Biden

hopefully more anti Biden and it will replicate nationwide

Pasco starts EV tomorrow. FL-15 (a new district) will elect Laurel Lee. Her husband was a state senator.

This is interesting. Its just the first day of in-person EV in Florida but I don’t remember seeing anything this drastic.

2020 - 45R / 32D / 23I (R advantage net 558k votes)
2018 - 39R / 42D / 19I (D advantage net 86k votes)

It’s hard to make any real comparisons though. 2020 was obviously a presidential year. Historically, Republicans did well with vote-by-mail and Democrats usually won the in-person EV. Those trends completely turned on their head in 2020 as Dems were scared to leave their house during covid.

Plus .. hard to see either major race as competitive. You got a freaking former Republican in Crist as their gov candidate, and it feels like the only real enthusiasm on their side is “anyone but DeSantis” which is only going to go so far.

The problem is that the vast majority of the Democrat election thieves had absolutely no negative consequences as a result of their crimes. So they have every incentive to pull the same “sudden discovery” of “previously overlooked ballots” all of which in defiance of the laws of probability are for the Democrat candidates.
