I agree the term “Karen” has evolved in a short time, to nearly have lost all meaning. It originally meant a (white) woman who was overly enforced rules, and because of that called the police or manager over something minor. Now it seems to be used for anyone displaying annoying, shrill, or disruptive behavior.
Only in the attempts by those to normalize it.
I've never seen a non-degenerate use the word for any meaning other than for the name.
