Comer to reveal evidence Wednesday on Biden family receiving money in exchange for policy

As a friend put it after watching House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer’s 14-minute interview with Maria Bartiromo Sunday,

“Either Comer is totally delusional or the Biden family, including Joe, is going down.”

Comer has scheduled a press conference for Wednesday that he says will lay out an array of evidence. That is the deadline for the FBI to produce a document that Comer says exists which shows policy actions taken in exchange for money: bribery, which is specifically mentioned in the Constitution as a reason for impeachment.

Comer says that he has evidence that the Department of Justice has not bothered looking into, evidence that the Biden family has a “web of LLCs” that have taken in millions and millions of dollars from foreign countries in exchange for policy actions. He worries that the DoJ will indict Hunter Biden on some relatively minor crimes in order to refuse to comment or produce evidence related to a prosecution underway.

I felt the same way. But I think Weds is the deadline for the FBI itself to come forward and do the right thing and provide this evidence. It seems that Comer is indicating that the evidence will come out on Weds. If the FBI doesn’t reveal it, he will. And I think if the FBI tries to avoid this show-and-tell, then it just makes the Deep State corruption more obvious. Comer is giving the FBI a chance to hang itself. I can wait until Weds.

Im guessing the panel here knows the timeline and the backstory to the letter, just havent read the specifics in the letter itself for themselves. Im also guessing this is why the FBI will never produce it.

Considering the current state of the American Multitiered Just-us system, my money is on the former.

Far more likely that the status quo — Deep State stonewalling, aided by the ongoing “news embargo” of the mass media wing of the DNC — will persist.

The GOP should be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. Will the MSM cover the border in lieu of the Comer revelations on the Biden Crime Family or vice-versa? The border will be an ongoing story regardless. The anticipated flood of invaders will begin on May 10 with the lifting of Title 42. But the crisis will last much longer than one day.

I have no problem with the Comer presser on Wednesday. It is the opening salvo for any impeachment proceedings, which will take months to organize. And if we are realistic, it will take some arm twisting by McCarthy to herd enough GOP cats to get impeachment thru the House. And then there will be the trial by the Senate. Politically, the closer this is to the 2024 election, the better.

If James Comer had a U.S. Marshals badge and a set of handcuffs I would be impressed.  Alas, unfortunately Comer is the Chairman of what… Yep, the House Oversight Committee, otherwise known as the “Chaff and Countermeasures Committee” famous for Fast n Furious investigations, IRS investigations, Benghazi investigations, and now Hunter Biden investigations.

For the non-pretending among us, an unfortunately very small – albeit intellectually superior rebel alliance, we can overlay the timing of James Comer’s “explosive” and scheduled Wednesday press conference with the DC motive to distract away from the U.S. southern border as Title 42 expires and a million illegal aliens invade. Perhaps the most obvious ‘chaff and countermeasures’ deployment this year.

If the material to present is as explosive and damning as a very excited James Comer proclaims, why wait?  Notice the emphasis on Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday!
