At this point Americans have FAR MORE to worry about with our 3-letter agencies than Islamic terrorism.
That is what happens when you setup politically correct security.
We are not just losing the military and demographic wars, but the even more important cultural war. America’s political and cultural establishment embraced Islam. And this is the result.
All the episodes of ‘24’ envisioning complicated plots of mass murder were off the mark. What happened instead was that the plotters got on planes, landed and moved here. They set up mosques and schools, they became reporters, executives and members of congress. Like their leftist allies, they fought the war from the inside and we did not so much lose as surrender.

The British have a similar problem because they admitted many muslims from India and Pakistan long before the U.S. started allowing so much muslim immigration (or asking for it, due to the War on Terror). The original immigrants tended to have come for a better life, and opened small businesses or otherwise tried to fit in; but during the Afghanistan/Iraq Bush/Blair fiasco, the British mosques became radicalized and the adolescent children of the original immigrants became angry and vengeful.
UK is still sorting out the fates of Britain-born muslim men who went to the Middle East to fight for the other side, or native UK women who went to marry jihadists—and then they wanted to come "home" to the comforts of the UK that they had excoriated.
Oh, that's right, "progressive" liberalism.
