My three favorites, "I Love Lucy". "Star Trek", and "Lost in Space", with a special mention to "Green Acres"
I recall “plank your magic twanger, Froggy”.
And, yes, we did have a good run. We were lucky to live in the Boomer era, I think.
Two and a half men.
I’ve only seen one or two episodes of Green Acres, a reverse Beverly Hillbillies.
BH was one of the great tv shows, but like most, it ran out of ideas before it ran out of film.
The old I Love Lucy holds up well to this day. The theme of mischief-making female never gets old but nobody beats Lucy.
Andy Griffith
Abbott and Costello
Alfred Hitchcock
That’s my A Team of 1960’s tv, but I have only scratched the surface, watched what the elders recommended.
Casting, props, scenery, acting, plots, dialogue, intrigue, etc. They really did it well.
....
You are absolutely correct. The production qualities are phenomenal in these series.
I did not realize until recently that the Morse series spun off fan sites

And music cds by the phenomenal Barrington Pheloung.
Interesting fact the opening music begins with MORSE name in Morse code.
The people who made these series really let their creative juices flow!
Get Smart

Perry Mason
Johnny Carson
Mission Impossible
Upstairs, Downstairs
The Mentalist
Frasier
yeah. I think Kingstown is his bleakest show. It’s rough ride. But you can’t get off.
"Victory at Sea" a close second.
My earliest was Captain Kangaroo.
(I remember being terrified by the original King Kong when they showed it on TV...)
