Red Meat Causes Diabetes? New Study should Concern Carnivores (MD completely destroys the validity of this study)

Red Meat is an ancestral food for every human, including you. But, what if red meat causes diabetes? This would fly in the face of the results of 1000's of carnivores who've used a carnivore diet to reverse type 2 diabetes. And, if it's not true, then what's really going on with studies like this?

The healthiest populations use a diet that has a lot of its protein sourced from plants. That doesn’t mean we should forego meat completely, because there is some nutrition that we cannot get from plants and need some measure of animal protein.

Here's everything you need to know about eating meat, from God Himself:

Genesis 9:3 (NIV) -- Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.

Sugar and carbs cause diabetes. Not meat.

Mother’s milk causes diabetes.

And cancer. And drug addiction. And mental illness…and everything else…

What really flies in the face of reality is the large plastic jar of Atomic Fireballs that I kept on my desk at work, the sugar covered gummy orange slices I was addicted to since my grandfather gave me the large bag of them when I was seven years old, the gummy bears substituting for jelly babies I ate to copy Doctor Who when I started watching around 1983, or the 20 can habit of Coca-Cola I was also addicted to and all of the other candies, cakes and ice cream I consumed in my life, that was much more likely than red meat to cause my diabetes.

These educated idiots don't know even that “post hoc, ergo propter hoc” is a logically fallacy.

I agree with your comment entirely concerning the healthiest populations and the fact that one can’t forego meat completely. I would add that the changes to diet for just about every culture have changed radically, not just a little bit but a lot. Historically, people never ate processed foods at the level that people now do. Also, for many cultures (not all), the invention of refrigeration has meant eating meat at a rate that is far higher than their ancestors ever imagined. Ditto for the advent of the entire transportation industry and the changes it has meant to diet. Lastly, most folks just simply don’t get near the exercise or burn off calories at the rate of years ago. What we are looking at is a grand experiment on all of humanity....

They want us to eat tree bark and grub worms.

This Dr. Ken D. Berry is the debunker of the Harvard so called study created by educated idiots.   Harvard gives its sheepskins for Doctor of Thinkology from The Wizard of Oz.

What is the motivation for such a biased study? Is it the Green environweenies who don’t want cows creating greenhouse gasses? Of course, when you do the math, the contribution of cows is like a speck on a mole hair. How is the elimination of all cows going to matter to the total carbon emissions created by non animal sources? Do the math!

I just finished a book called CURE your fatigue by Morley Robbins. Fascinating read but you have to slog through the first half of book which is mostly biochemistry and human physiology. Second half is practical stuff regarding diet. He proports the “ancestal diet “
