The boyfriend of former NFL great Earl Thomas’ ex-wife was arrested for stealing his identity in an alleged $1.9 million scam.
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old New Orleans man Kevin J. Thompson, who is in a relationship with Thomas’ ex-wife, Nina Thomas, in June, authorities told Nola.com. Thompson is accused of cashing Thomas’ NFL checks, stealing from his bank account and transferring car ownership for several vehicles.
He faces charges “including identity theft, forgery, money laundering, credit card fraud, computer fraud and bank fraud,” according to Nola.com.

My thoughts as well.
But who knows?
Maybe this goon latched on to her, got into her files, and got a copy of their tax return or divorce documents.
Let’s see what the investigation reveals.
If she was in on it, I hope she rots in jail for years.
Maybe there are documents around, but I think there is a lot of info in a spouses head that isn’t written anywhere. Where stuff was kept, habits, blind spots.
I’ve seen Earl Thomas hit people on the field. His ex-wife’s BF is a very brave man.
If someone got their hands on a tax return, there is enough information there to mess up a person’s life pretty easily.
With that in hand and some prying of information, they could cause serious damage.

No doubt there is. But in this case, he took two automobiles. He had to know where they were kept, how to get in, and that they wouldn’t be missed, for a while anyway. This man doesn’t sound like a hacker.
When she was still his wife, Earl and his brother were in the same bed having sex with two women. The wife found out, went to the apartment with Earl’s gun and threatened him with it. The cops came and diffused the situation.
The wife gave the cops the gun. “It’s empty - I took the magazine out. I just wanted to scare him!” (Yes - there was still a round in the chamber).
I have no doubts his ex-wife gave her new BF the information.
Earl hasn’t played for four years. Does he just have a bunch of un-cashed paychecks laying in his sock drawer for a rainy day?
Checks are usually void after three to six months.
If that’s true, what is his major malfunction. Who would have sex in abed with their brother?
It’s true. Yeah - I don’t get the whole idea of an orgy. Much less so with a brother! Yech.
How do you know? I mean, I never liked Earl Thomas, but still.
Numerous articles about it. Back in spring of 2020. I liked Earl too. When he first(?) joined the Seahawks they had goofy promo commercials with him. He sat behind a table somewhere (like at Pike Place Market) with a sign that said “Free Safety Advice” and he’d say dumb stuff about ladders, turn signals, etc. (Nobody knew who he was at the time).
He should have had one that said just because you took out the magazine doesn’t mean the gun is unloaded.
I have a feeling it will be a red-pill case study for every man of means moving forward.
If I were the ex-husband, I would want to crush them both; him for his greed and her for her stupidity. Sue them for restitution, take everything they have, and toss them in jail.
Like I said earlier, if she was in on it she should rot in a cell.
