Harvard identity-based graduations excluded Jews in now-deleted webpage as antisemitism claims plague school

Harvard University hosted graduation celebrations for certain identity groups in 2023 but excluded Jews.

The now-deleted "Affinity Celebrations for Graduates" page on Harvard's website boasts events for "Graduates with Disabilities," "Indigenous Graduates," "Latinx Graduates," "LGBTQ+ Graduates," "Arab Graduates," "Black Graduates," and more.

"Affinity celebrations are student-led, staff supported events that recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of graduates from historically marginalized communities," the web page stated. "These University-wide celebrations provide an opportunity for graduates to honor those who have helped them achieve their milestone while centering their cultural traditions and values."

According to the website, the celebrations "are made possible by the collaboration of the Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging; the DIB Leadership Council; the Council of Deans of Students; the Commencement Office; and students."

The web page was last accessible on June 26, according to an archived version of the site, and was deleted at some point afterward.

It's unclear if Harvard deleted the web page amid controversy over its president's testimony to Congress on antisemitism.

During the hearing on antisemitism, Harvard President Claudine Gay gave a non-answer when asked by Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., if calls for the genocide of Jews would violate their institution's policies on bullying and harassment.

"Why should I, as a white person, care how these "historically marginalized communities" arrange their pecking order?"

Uhm, maybe when you cannot find work, you are denied benefits, and everything is stacked against you, the wigger? I hear South Africa is a paradise for white people right now.

Re-assassination of MLK.

I never thought we could sink this low.

I’ve had black and brown friends since I was about 5 years old.

When MLK said to judge by the content of character, not by the color of their skin, I thought DUH! Who would do not that???

I was in 4th grade when one of my black friends had Molotov cocktails throwed through her family’s living room window.

Then I gained a clue what racism was.

Stupidity on steroids.

Who cares if Harvard smears their reputation the less influence they have the better. Their donors can then spend their money on a better cause. You can get the same education elsewhere for much less. The only added benefit you get at Harvard is making connections.

The fact that Harvard has not had its academic accreditation revoked or at least suspended suggests that the accreditation agency may also be run by woketardian Nazis.

Some time ago I talked with an college history professor about anti semitism and they said they were worried about it being legitmized by right wing intellectuals. I pointed out that it was already being legitmized and ignored in academia - from the left. Uncomfortable silence, but anyone could see it. As Micheal Savage said, the anti semitism movement will not appear as brown shirts and an oomp pa pa band as liberals like to think, but as “leftist academics”. Been going on for 2 decadeas now, and here we are.

I’m surprised we don’t have laws against racism. Seems like that would be a good thing

The comment I make to my Jewish friends in all this is “it took all of about 2 seconds for the world to jump on an officially sanctioned anti-Jew hatred, didn’t it?

Harvard “affinity celebrations” take place before the graduation ceremony. Then every graduate attends the real graduation ceremony—together!

So the “affinity celebrations” are no big deal! No one gets their degree until the real graduation ceremony.

Lord willing, Harvard will find a way to kick Claudine Gay upstairs!

They have too much money at stake to do otherwise.

And there are too many Harvard people who care about academic integrity—despite everything that has been happening lately.

Does Harvard offer a degree in Bigotry? They should to match the curriculum.

It's an unofficial minor at Ivy League schools.

My unofficial minor of Critical Thinking was earned at Gonzaga. Core curriculum and an accounting professor who never used numbers were the primary factors.

My exams in accounting were always essay questions, with a few curve balls thrown in. At least 2 of the 5 questions required a first sentence of "based on the information you've given me, I cannot answer the question", then you had to explain why.
