It's easy to solve that problem.
1) End government guarantees and subsidies for student loans.
2) Allow banks to make student loan lending decisions based on the prospective borrower's institution, course of study and performance.
3 Repeal Title IX.

We must force all these Climate Change lunatics to demand China and India be stopped from their Carbon emissions, or the people talking about "Climate Change" needs to get their @$$es whipped.
China and India account for 90% of the carbon emissions. Any talk about "climate change" without demanding China and India be stopped, is just a liar trying to con us.

India’s birth rate has dropped every year since 1950. Still growing population, but not near the rate it was. So yes it has definitely slowed growth.
