Congrats on being a ten-year cancer survivor. That is super. My pastor lost his daughter to breast cancer but it looks like he is going to survive bladder cancer.
I’m 69 and while not old for a Freeper, I’m sometimes the oldest running one of the less-attended 5K runs. In one race I finished last overall but won a 1st place medal for my age bracket (I was the only one). In larger runs, men and women older than me have beaten me decisively.

I will be 59 next month. Last month I rode my bicycle 143 miles. Could have been more but it has been a very cold winter. Told my wife if we sell a property before, I am going to take the whole summer off and basically live on the beach. She said OK ( she is the boss).
