Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruling was Genius!

Posted on 03/16/2024 5:35:53 PM PDT by big bad easter bunny

There is zero doubt how deep Fani's butt is in trouble and how bad it looks to everyone. McAfee in all actuality let Fani hoist her own petard while still smelling like a rose.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation needs to do their job! MTG referred Willis to the GBI. Crickets so far...

Yeah, I took the word tried incorrectly, which actually implies being the prosecutor of a case. My bad. Thanks for correcting me. 🙂👍

If she is removed so is the entire office and would be assigned to an entirely different jurisdiction and would begin from scratch!

The judge won’t allow two immoral, corrupt, perjurous scum-of-the-earth to prosecute the case, but having one immoral, corrupt, perjurous scum-of-the-earth prosecute the case is okay by him.

This is hopium. The ruling was terrible, and so twisted you know the guy is either being blackmailed or is on the take.

It amazes me that these morons passed the bar exam.

Unprincipled. Principles have sharp edges and cut deeply. [WFBuckley]. There is no real blood where justice requires corpses.

For future reference. The actual phrase is “hoist by his own petard.” It means blown up by his own bomb.

Any judge concerned about simply being an impartial judge not only would have thrown out anything touched by Fani Willis, he would have had her charged with malfeasance and money-laundering.

Willis and Wade both lied under oath. That is grounds for disbarment.

losing her license more likely than not requires a “conviction”.

Nope, not where I’m from. Having a trust account that doesn’t add up, sleeping with a client, not returning phone calls, not filing cases timely can all get your ticket pulled. No conviction or anything close to a conviction required.

I sure hope so. And I’m hoping that’s why the judge let her off the hook. She could appeal the Judge’s ruling...the Bar...not so much. Maybe the Judge is a little wiser than we think. Bottom line....she’s and her bed partner are gonna be investigated.

Thousands pass the bar every year in the USA. It’s not that hard. By now, it’s probably open book.

Thousands pass the bar every year in the USA. It’s not that hard. In Georgia...81% pass it the first time. It’s 12 hours long. In other words...it’s eazy peazy..

“She also charged a rapper, don’t remember his name, and that case is still ongoing. She loves the RICO charge apparently.”

Just like all laws that are passed to go after one specific group, the criteria for RICO charges has been widened so as to go after another disfavored person or group. That is the way it always works. Remember the Patriot Act and how we were told it would never ever be used against anyone but designated foreign terrorist organizations? Or the CIA was originally created to investigate only foreign threats?

The proposed ban on Tik-Tok will eventually be used against Twitter, Truth Social, and other media sites that allow information not approved by the government.

Anytime a law is passed its goal is not always as stated. There is always an underlying reason that is not clear in the language of the bill itself. But the outcome is always to give government more power and to take away the freedom of one group of citizens or another. And those laws are always selectively enforced by the power of government officials with a gun in their hand.

whichever one works, but cautiously optimistic, we’re now stuck with 4D Chess POV.

The woman in that commercial pulls the top of her shorts outward and sprays the can downward on something and it ain’t a petard.
