But the law is stacked against homeowners. Not really.
It is just the police do not want to do their job unless forced.
They are quick to move and can find that they CAN do something once the media gets involved.
Strange that.
But now apparently we have to pass laws that not only say that the police may act but have an obligation to act.
Good for those who are passing such laws.
It is a shame the police are making it necessary.

A guy on TikTok suggests posting No Trespassing signs, and to keep a photo of the sign, with the date and your image as proof you posted the signs before any squatters have moved in.
Squatting is a civil matter but Trespassing is criminal, so now the police can take action.
