The light rail is full of homeless ppl who ride all day long to relieve their boredom and hardly the place for single women or families to congregate. What will he do when he decides to settle down and have kids? And has he actually spent a summer here? Walking is fine here for 6 months out of the year, lol.

Some people are naturally okay with the hot Phoenix summers. I am, despised having grown up in Connecticut. My Canadian wife does not like it. I had to walk two miles in 115F August, 2018 weather in Mesa to find my 17 year old daughter when she got lost with the car shortly after moving here.
I could not imagine living here without a car. The greater Phoenix area offers much, but it is geographically large because we are not much on skyscrapers.
