One of the great prophets of the last generation was Frances Schaefer, the founder of the “L’abri” fellowship in Switzerland. As a solid biblical Christian he saw the disaster coming. I saw him weep over it; he knew that he could not stop it. His ten part film series, “How Should We Then Live?” Is still the best condensed presentation of the historical impact of the Christian world view. It’s available on YouTube, and should be studied by every high school student in America. It is far from perfect, but provides a foundation, a place to stand, for young people who have been barred from the greater revelations of Torah. In time they will come home to their Jewish roots.
With the Left it’s always delay, block, stall they put up so many roadblocks so the right will have to respond to every issue and take take to address the delays and even when the left loses in court, which often do, they have achieved some measure of success, they’ve rallied their troops, kept faith with their fanatics.
