Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Obama benefits whenever people think they can’t trust anybody else, because to work against him now that he’s in office will require people to unite. If he can create enough questions and distrust he can keep us from uniting.

BTW, she meant that because if you are confused, you can’t make a solid decision, or succeed in anything you are attempting.
In order to see the truth, whether temporal or divine, people need to have a strong thirst to know the truth, and be willing to give up fondly help beliefs and ideas if proven wrong.

Yeah. The financial melt-down was a violation of trust. The government has been throwing money at the problem when the problem is not money - it’s the trust that people have to have in the system and in people, in order to do business. As long as the issue of actual trust in the integrity of the foundations is not addressed, this nation can’t go anywhere - because the responses only show that the people who are supposed to fix the problem DON’T GET IT.
The ability of the people to join together to create foundations and expectations of stability is absolutely vital to a nation.
That’s why the lies (media), the corruption (government) and the mafia mentality (law enforcement) have to be addressed, and not just the individual issues such as healthcare, government motors, climategate, etc. Those are huge issues, but they illustrate the bigger, foundational problem: we have a government out of control and no way to make the laws stick. We have nobody we can trust.
Unless the good, law-abiding Hobbits in this nation find a way to unite and get back to our solid foundation, our “Shire” will be annihilated.
Media, government corruption, and the failure of law enforcement. Those are the battles of our day. Regardless of what anybody thinks about the eligibility issue, we need to join to insist on rebuilding those foundations.

If I went to Africa and bribed someone to get a document which I knew would be controversial the FIRST thing I would do is get picture of myself standing in front of a monument there so I could prove I did what I said I did . I would also have my passport stamped at the Kenya port of entry with a time stamp so I could show it to ANYONE who asks WHEN I went there and left.

The FIRST thing someone asks when they inspect a document or painting for authenticity is to see its “Provenance” (look it up)
Smith has not provided one ...yet this (his acquiring this document) has happened recently ....Without a Provenance you must look at his (Smith’s) character to see if he might be lying. Smiths character is not good. He has done this kind of thing before.
Read all my posts on this thread . I helped bring word of Mr Smith to this site. I believed in his story . I no longer do .

I have researched provinance for paintings, I am aware of its value, as does anyone who watches antiques roadshow.
James O’Keefe was once a rookie, and made rookie mistakes, just as Smith was, I assure you, he won’t make the same mistakes again. His current work proves that.
Smith has spent a lot of time backtracing to create provenance, and the fact that he does not publish it on this forum, does not mean that he does not have it. You and I both know that putting information that you have collected on any venue allows disinformation to begin. It is rife in this thread. Smith might not have provided provenance on this thread, that does not mean he has not provided it. Facts are indisputable once verified. Character of the person providing the evidence can be considered, but, if the facts prove out, they are secondary.
As far as you bringing word of Smith to this site, you might want to check that out as well.
As far as the troll comment, perhaps I use the term Troll differently than you. I see a regular poster as sometimes behaving like a troll, just because your a regular does not mean you cannnot be obstructionist, incendiary, rude, incorrect, misleading, idiotic, and just plain stupid with comments you make that do not progress the discussion. Derailing a thread with non-factual statements are the actions of troll like behaviour. I call em as I see em, and I base it on what I already know as fact.
Smith is not a millionaire...nothing more needs to be said about that.
Pure? FDLMAO...as he can attest, we have had our words. But his actions are louder than his words, and until the time comes where that changes, I will continue to listen, and verify.
Do you know anybody who screwed up, then went about trying to better themselves, only to find that they are condemned by their past? What to do? Give up? or ignore those who condemn, and progress.
